IPS’s ‘baraat’ came out to bid farewell, policemen danced to the tune of band-instrument, people were surprised to see

Circle: Three days back, there has been a massive transfer of IPS officers in MP (MP IPS Farewell Video). Mandla SP Yashpal Singh Rajput has also been transferred to Shajapur. He has been given a grand and memorable farewell by the police department. People were surprised to see this. SP’s farewell rally had started till his bungalow. Fireworks were going off with the band-baje, due to which it seemed that someone’s procession had come out. Everyone was in traditional dress. People passing by on the road were getting surprised. This was not a procession, it was the farewell of IPS Yashpal Singh Rajput from Mandla.

The distance of IPS Yashpal Singh Rajput’s bungalow from his office is six kilometers. During this, people have welcomed him at various places. Along with this, the policemen have been dancing and singing all along the way. The policemen have made them cry at many places and garlanded them. During this, IPS Yashpal Singh Rajput was riding in an open gypsy. He was also moving ahead greeting the people.

Station in-charge seen in special dress

On this occasion, all the station in-charges of Mandla district were seen in special dress. Everyone wore white colored kurta-pajama along with safa. Police officers and constables were dancing to the tunes of the band. SP’s farewell rally was like a marriage procession. People were surprised to see this grand farewell.

Perhaps this is the first time in Mandla, when such a memorable farewell has been given to an officer. The then SP also performed Narmada Pujan at Rapta Ghat. IPS Yashpal Singh Rajput said that I have completed two years and five months in Mandla. As per the orders of the government, I have been given the command of the new district, Shajapur. Today I have left from Mandla district. My dear friends have given me a lot of love. Grateful to all for this. My tenure in Mandla has been completed without any doubt. I am going to new district.
