Outrage among people after the incident

There is a lot of anger among the people after the incident. People said that if the common man encroaches on an inch of land, then they come with bulldozers to break it. How was encroachment allowed on land worth 20 crores? The stepwell, which was more than 80 years old, was not covered with concrete. The tiles were covered by avoiding the bars. Because of this the accident happened. The history of Bawdi is recorded in the Municipal Corporation.
