legumes

Small legumes like peas, lentils and beans are highly nutritious and do wonders for your health. Also, they contain phytochemicals such as phytic acid and saponins that can inhibit the reproduction of cancer cells. Therefore, include a variety of legumes in your diet to reduce the risk of stomach and colon cancer.
