Winter Health Tips : When winter (Winter Season) comes, everyone in the house is advised to eat Chyawanprash (Chyawanprash). From childhood, children hear about the benefits of eating Chyawanprash from their parents and grandparents. Actually, Chyawanprash contains many herbs. Which work to warm our body and boost immunity. It helps the body fight viral infections. Chyavanprash was given to children to increase their strength. Also, Chyavanprash was also used for wisdom. How much and when to take? 

Chyawanprash should be consumed in sufficient quantity. If you consume it in excess, you may suffer from bloating, diarrhea. An adult can take one teaspoon of Chyawanprash with warm water or milk every morning and evening. If you are giving Chyavanprash to children, give them half a teaspoon of Chyavanprash in the morning and evening. 

Do not consume with ‘these’ foods

If your family has asthma or breathing problems then they should not take Chyavanprash with milk or curd. People with blood sugar problems should also consume it only after consulting a doctor. If you want to control your blood sugar level, you can consume 3 grams of Chyawanprash daily.

What are the benefits of eating Chyawanprash? 

Chavanprash works to boost the body’s immunity, which protects against viral infections during colds. It is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that help us maintain good health.

Consuming Chyawanprash also increases fertility. It is beneficial for both men and women.
