Insulin levels last longer in those who eat before 3pm. Calories are also burned. Half of them were also told to fast. Fasting 6 times for 14 weeks. Some experts say that eating according to timing is not a better way than eating fewer calories according to another study. However, it is said that taking food on time is very good for health. Making lifestyle changes can prevent obesity. It is said that moderate calorie intake can keep weight under control. Apart from dietary changes, physical activity is also necessary. Make it a habit to exercise regularly. Only then can you sleep comfortably. When you wake up again in the morning, you will be healthy and active. Dinner should be taken within 8 hours.
