Lemonade: This method of keeping the stomach healthy and avoiding vomiting during travel is very old and effective. Keep lemon together and drink it every two hours by making water with black salt, but in limited quantity.
Drink less water: Some people start drinking too much water in order to keep themselves fit while traveling. By doing this there is a possibility of vomiting. Abdominal pain may also occur with the onset of vomiting. Avoid doing this.
Take light food: Whether it is car or rail, light food should be taken while traveling in any way. People whose stomach gets disturbed in the journey, they should consume fruits or such foods, which are light and do not create acidity problem.
Curd: If you have any stomach related problem while traveling, then eat only things made from curd. If you want, you can eat it with thin flowers by adding sugar to the curd. This will keep cool in the stomach.
