What’s the fun of cooking chicken keema the same way all the time. Try cooking it with groundnut once. The taste is overwhelming. It is delicious in white rice and also in chapati. It is also very easy to cook. Once you try it, you will cook it again and again. 

Ingredients
Chicken Keema – Groundnuts
Cava beans – 150 grams
Onion – one
br />Oil – enough
Chili – two spoons
Yellow – araspu
Green chillies – two
Coriander powder – one spoon
Cumin powder – half spoon
Ginger garlic paste – two spoons
Cloves – four
Pepper – four
Mint – one bunch
Salt – to taste
Coriander – one bunch
Lemon – One

Preparation as 
1. Groundnut should be soaked for two hours. Or cook it in a cooker. 
2. Put a pan on the stove and add oil. Add cloves and pepper and fry it. 
3. Add chopped green chillies and onion and let it cook. Fry the onions until they turn brown. 
4. Now add pre-boiled or soaked chickpeas and mix. 
5. Cover and simmer for five minutes. Then add turmeric, chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and cumin powder and mix well and cover.
6. After five minutes add ginger garlic paste and mix well. After two minutes, add water and close the lid.
7. Then wash the chicken keema clean and add it to the mixture and mix well. Close the lid and cook for half an hour on a low flame. 
8.Five minutes before turning off the stove, add coriander leaves and mint leaves and cover it. 
9. At the end, sprinkle some garam masala and mix once and close the stove. That’s it, the tasty chickpea chicken keema is ready.
