Remedies For Pollution : Diwali (Diwali 2022) festival is just few days away. Diwali comes with crackers, illuminations and sweets. Diwali is a festival of joy and excitement for everyone. However, due to Diwali firecrackers, pollution caused by it  Many suffer. Although crackers are banned, Diwali for many is incomplete without crackers. However, due to this pollution, many people have difficulty breathing. The risk of respiratory diseases is also increased.    

Pollution causes many problems such as eye irritation, shortness of breath, red face, cough. Children and the elderly are also affected by this pollution. At such times, there are many home remedies and ayurvedic remedies that help to make the body strong from within and cure breathing problems. Know the home remedies to prevent pollution.

Home remedies to prevent pollution

Apply ghee to the nose : Applying ghee or oil to the nose has many benefits. It helps to prevent the effect of polluted air. Put a drop of pure cow’s ghee in the nose in the morning and evening. This will clear both the nose and respiratory tract. This will prevent contaminants from reaching the lungs. 

Eat jaggery : Make sure to consume jaggery to keep the body healthy. Jaggery helps digestion and heats the body. It also helps in curing respiratory problems and keeps the lungs healthy. Eating jaggery cleans the lungs. Jaggery contains iron which helps in maintaining the proper supply of oxygen in the blood. 

Eat triphala : Consuming triphala is good for health. It strengthens immunity and reduces stomach problems. But triphala also protects you from pollution. Before Diwali you should consume 1 teaspoon of triphala daily. Mix honey and warm water and drink it while going to bed at night. With this help you can reduce the serious effects of pollution. 

Eat ginger : On Diwali day, the weather also changes a little. With the onset of cold, the risk of getting sick is highest during this season. Must consume ginger in changing season. This will also provide relief from pollution and cough. Drink ginger juice mixed with honey. Apart from this you can also drink ginger tea. 

Take steam daily : If you have respiratory problems due to pollution, take steam daily. This will open up your nose and airways and cause less discomfort than others.
