Ragi Cookies

50 grams of ragi flour, 50 grams of wheat flour Take it and fry it well for 5-7 minutes. Transfer it to a mixing bowl. In another bowl, add 60 grams of jaggery powder and 80 grams of butter. A mixture of copper flour fried in it, ½ Add teaspoon of baking powder and mix. Mix everything well. Soak for 30 minutes.
