Ragi Cake: Homemade Ragi Cake For Diabetics

If you have diabetes, you should stay away from sweets. You have to control your mouth watering after seeing the cakes. Difficult to control but necessary for health. But this copper cake can be prepared occasionally especially for diabetics.  If you struggle for an hour, the cake will be ready. 

Ingredients
Yogurt – half a cup
Copper flour – one and a half cup
Baking powder – One teaspoon
Baking soda – one teaspoon
Salt – pinch
Vanilla essence – one teaspoon
Artificial sweetener – three teaspoons
Cocoa powder – one teaspoon
Vegetable oil – three spoons
Water – thirty quarter cup
Butter – one teaspoon

Preparation as
1. First take a bowl and put curd in it to make ragi cake. 
2. Mix baking powder, baking soda, artificial sweetener, salt, vanilla essence in yogurt. 
3. Stir this whole mixture well. Keep the mixture aside for ten minutes. 
4. Then add copper powder to the mixture and stir well. 
5. Add vegetable oil and cocoa powder to it and mix well. It should be mixed without tying. 
6. Take a cake mold and grease it with butter. Put the parchment paper and put the copper mixture in it.
7. Preheat the microwave oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
8. Now add flour and put the mold in the oven.
9. Heat it in the oven for about half an hour to 40 minutes. To check if the cake is done, poke a toothpick or a fork into the cake. If nothing sticks to it, then the cake is ready.
