No packaged food
A lot of packaged foods are available out there. All of them have a shelf life of a few days. Avoid eating them completely. Because they contain preservatives.  Eat only freshly cooked food. One should make a habit of eating food rich in vegetables, protein and carbohydrates. Lentils, curry, roti, rice etc. will balance your health.
