Milk is rich in calcium. It helps in making bones strong. Ghee helps in reducing joint pain. Drinking this mixture during winters is also good for arthritis sufferers. Method of preparation

Take a vessel and add one tablespoon of ghee and heat it. Then add a glass of milk and mix well. Add a pinch of turmeric to it and mix well. Boil them for a minute. After cooling a little add one tablespoon of jaggery powder and drink it. If you don’t want jaggery, you can use stevia or any artificial sweetener instead.
