Long Covid: These foods should be avoided if symptoms of Long Covid appear

Even if the covid is reduced, long covid is still bothering many people. Lakhs have been suffering from long covid symptoms for the last two to three years. If symptoms of covid are present for more than twelve weeks then they are suffering from long covid. Symptoms like fatigue, red eyes, headache and heart palpitations are seen in those with long covid. There is currently no effective treatment to prevent  chronic covid but there are ways to reduce symptoms. One of the most important is dietary change. Eating certain foods can reduce symptoms.

It is important to provide nutrition to the body. It protects overall health. Nutritionists say to eat fresh, home-cooked food. Avoid eating leftover rice and curries. Oranges, strawberries, broccoli, peppers and potatoes are rich in vitamin C. Also eating red apple, grape, onion and berry fruits also gives quercetative. Also, it should be ensured that the food is rich in fiber and proteins.  Fresh food should be eaten daily. Exercise should be done at least half an hour daily.
