Ingredients to make ‘Lavang Latika’ –

Ingredients for making Pari –

  • Semolina – 2 tbsp
  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Ghee – 1 spoon
  • Baking soda – pinch
  • Sugar – 1 spoon

Saran ingredients –

  • Khawa – 1 cup
  • Semolina – 1 spoon
  • Icing sugar – 2 spoons
  • Cardamom powder – 1 spoon
  • Dry fruit powder – 2 spoons

Ingredients –

  • Sugar – 2 cups
  • Water – 1 cup< /li>
  • Saffron – 4 to 5
  • Ghee – for frying
  • Cloves – 20 to 25

‘Clove leaves Recipe

– Knead the flour by adding soda, sugar and hot oil or ghee to the flour. , After cooling the khava, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, cashew-almond powder and mix it to prepare saran.

– Add saffron to the prepared cake. 
– Roll small pieces of flour, fill a spoonful of saran, twist it tightly and add vetola and grind a clove on it.

– Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the ‘Clove Latika’ on low flame. 
– Then dip it in Paka for two-three minutes. 
– Then remove to a plate and eat after cooling.
