Feeding dry dates is good for them. Avoid having tiffins at night. If they eat brown rice in the afternoon, feed them white rice at night. Feed vegetables like potato, eggs, chicken. Always add more curry and reduce the rice. Vegetables are what give our body the energy and health it needs. If the menu continues like this for two months, there is a high chance that children will gain healthy weight. No effect can be seen in just a week. After months you will see the change. At two months they look healthy. So parents should try to provide such healthy food to children.
