High salt consumption increases blood pressure. Stresses the kidneys. People with kidney problems should avoid foods high in sodium, including processed snacks, canned soup, and fast food. Instead of these, choose whole foods.

Red meat

Meats like red meat, sausage, bacon are high in protein. These lead to an increase in waste products in the blood. People with dietary issues should make fish, poultry or plant-based choices.
