High protein foods like milk or milk products, meat, pulses, sprouts, nuts should be included. It is better for older children to avoid salty, fried, sweet and junk foods. Fish, flaxseeds, walnuts, canola, soya beans and green leafy vegetables that contain omega 3 fatty acids should be included regularly.
