Healthy Heart: Eat at least one of these daily for your heart

Ignore it as long as the heart is working hard. If we get a little pain in our heart, we get disturbed. If the heart is weak, the whole body falls into a corner. Rather than waiting for something to happen to the heart, it is better to eat something that is good for the heart beforehand. Make sure to include one of the following foods in your daily diet. If you eat one one day, plan to eat another food item the next day.

Yogurt

If the butter is not removed, the fat content is high and cholesterol is likely to accumulate. Yogurt contains many important nutrients like potassium, magnesium and calcium. Controls high blood pressure. It is important to eat curd and buttermilk at the end of the meal. 

Chikkuda
Chikkuda vegetables should be eaten at least once in two days. These contain two types of fiber. This fiber prevents cholesterol from rising in the blood. Eating legumes can cause fiber to accumulate in the stomach and cause a feeling of fullness. So the weight does not increase. Not accumulating cholesterol and not gaining weight are both good for the heart. 

Fish 
Fish is a food that is good for the heart. Omega 3 fatty acids are needed to lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation in the body, maintain a proper blood supply to the blood vessels, and keep the heart beating well. These are abundant in fish. It contains magnesium and potassium which are good for the heart. 

Lettuce
Eating lettuce every two days is essential for the heart. The nutrients in spinach help to reduce blood pressure, which in turn reduces stress on the heart. Lettuce is high in fiber. Also high in folate. These protect the blood from clotting. So everything is good for the heart. 

Wal‌nuts
Walnuts in the shape of a brain strengthen not only the brain but also the heart. Eating walnuts a day reduces the risk of heart disease. Cholesterol levels in the blood are reduced so that no heart problems occur. Cholesterol does not get into the bloodstream and does not block the blood. As a result there is no heart attack.
