Sprouted beans –  1 cup

Peanuts – 1 cup  (boiled)

Keera dosa – half cup (small pieces)

Tomato – half cup (small pieces)

Green chillies – 2 thin Taragali

Peanuts –  1 tbsp (roasted)

Potatoes – 1 big (boiled)

Coriander – half cup (thinly chopped)

Chat masala – 1 tsp

Salt – enough to taste

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Cumin powder – half tsp

Save – 2 tbsp

Preparation

First take a bowl and put sprouts in it. Put boiled black beans in it. Put kiradasa and tomato slices in it. Pallis and boiled potatoes should be smashed and put in it. Add green chillies, save, chat masala, salt, lemon juice, coriander and cumin powder. Mix everything well. That’s it, the healthy snack is ready. It can be saved and served with green onion. 

You can take any healthy foods in this snack. Nuts can also be added. It not only gives you instant energy but also keeps you away from gut problems.
