The World Health Organization (WHO) has alerted all countries about this. Therefore, many countries have banned the products sold in the market by looking at the amount of salt, sugar and fat. 

What should be the amount of salt, sugar and oil in a day?

According to WHO, if you eat more than 5 grams of salt in 1 day, it is dangerous for health. Do not eat more than 6-8 teaspoons of sugar and 4 teaspoons of oil in a day. However, it is widely consumed in India.

If salt, oil or sugar is used in excess, it causes many diseases. These foods cause diseases like heart disease, kidney disease and diabetes very quickly. These problems are increasing day by day due to changing lifestyle, diet and lack of exercise. However, on the contrary, if you reduce the amount of salt, oil and sugar in your diet, diseases like obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes will be eliminated.

Most of the foods available in the market contain salt. Fried nuts and potato wafers are high in salt. Apart from this, noodles, sauces and packet soups are also harmful to health. Too much salt is harmful to health. This increases the blood pressure which is dangerous for the heart.
