According to The Sun, sleep scientist Theresa Snorbach says there’s no harm in talking in your sleep. But it can definitely be a sign of health related problems.

Why talk in sleep?

Like, room temperature, lots of light. Theresa said sleep talking risk factors include stress, lack of sleep and alcohol. Sleep talking can also be caused by mental health. Scientists say people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are more likely to talk in their sleep.
