Blood pressure 90/60 to 120/80

Drinking more water can help keep blood sugar levels under control. Sweets should be avoided. Anyone with hereditary diabetes should be tested regularly. Blood sugar levels between 79 and 140 are considered normal.

Cholesterol 5 or less

Cholesterol is bad in all ways. Fat accumulates in the arteries and causes heart attack or heart disease. Many people are affected by this due to lack of knowledge about food ingredients. Not only this, it can also be caused by not exercising properly, being overweight, smoking and drinking alcohol.  Foods that are full of nutrients and low in fat should be part of the diet. Experts warn that having a BMI that is too high or too low can increase the risk of many health problems, including heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. The solution is to make changes in the diet.

Kalorie awareness

Usually women’s body needs 2000 calories. For men, 2500 calories are essential. Calories help measure the amount of energy that food and drinks give us. It also varies with age, metabolism and physical activity. If you consume too many calories, the body will convert that extra energy into fat. It causes problems like overweight and obesity.
