Turmeric should be consumed in moderation

Excessive consumption of turmeric can cause these problems. Doing so can cause stone problems. Because turmeric contains oxalate. This oxalate binds to calcium instead of dissolving in the body, so calcium becomes insoluble. So it takes the form of a stone.

Vomiting Problem – Turmeric contains many ingredients. One of them is curcumin. This curcumin causes digestive problems. This often causes vomiting.
