Frozen Food: Eating too much frozen food? It’s like ‘buying’ illness!

Before this, to make idli and dosa dough, they used to soak gram flour in idli ravwa or rice for six hours and then mix them and leave the dough overnight to cook it. With them our favorite food is ready in moments. It’s easy to bring pre-packaged food and cook it in minutes. But remember that they are not fresh. Some kind of chemicals are added in it to store them for more days. These are also known as frozen food. Did you know that such instant foods lack complete nutrients compared to freshly cooked ones?

Many people prefer this frozen food as it takes less time to prepare. Consuming such food may save time but it has a severe impact on the immune system. These foods can also disturb the digestive system. Eating freshly cooked meals instead of frozen food also keeps the metabolism functioning properly.

Unhealthy Lifestyle: Eating a nutritious diet is very important. Eating stored food does not provide essential nutrients for health. It leads to an unhealthy life.

It is high in sodium. Usually the tasty food available outside does not give health to the body. Compared to ready-made food, healthy food may be less tasty but it will fulfill your body’s needs.  It is better to take freshly cooked food and maintain your health than to spoil your health depending on what you find outside.
