Content (4 person stuffing)
2 Medium Size Potatoes
1 tsp lentils
10 salted neem leaves
1 medium size finely chopped onion
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tsp rye
1/2 teaspoon hing
1 tsp grated ginger
Salt to taste
How to make
Place a bowl for garnish, add oil, asafoetida, rye, lentils, dried red chillies and sweet neem. Bake all these things for two minutes. Then add finely chopped onion and grated ginger. Now mix the mixture well and let it rise for a few minutes. Stir until the onions change color.
How to make
Now add the mashed potatoes to this bowl. Add salt to taste and stir well. Now pour 2-3 tablespoons of water in it and cover the bowl with a lid. Let the mixture rise for two minutes. Finally add the peanuts to this spice and mix. Your masala dhosa stuffing is ready.
Tips
-When garnishing, you can also add chickpeas along with lentils.
-If you like spicy food, you can also add 1-2 chopped chillies in the stuffing.
