Fever: Can you eat eggs, fish and meat when you have fever?

When not to eat?
Those suffering from fever, weak metabolism, suffering from nausea, vomiting… chicken eggs , it is better to stay away from fish and chicken. Otherwise there may be partial vomiting and diarrhoea. If not, you can eat happily. But the spice and chilli should be reduced. If you have nausea and indigestion problems, it is better to eat soups, porridge, lentil juices and leguminous curries when you have a fever. All these can easily reduce fatigue.

Fish, eggs and chicken are rich in healthy proteins, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins B6, B12, zinc and selenium. They protect bones and brain health. Chicken soup is very good when you have fever. The body gets the required immunity and proteins. Even if you eat fever, you will recover quickly. But when you have a fever, eat only if you have the energy to eat it.
