Eating Together Foods: Eating these ingredients together? Your health must be at risk

ETell me if anyone would stop eating when they see their favorite ingredients in front of their eyes. Immediately they are pulled full. But if you take food that should not be added to it, it is sure to upset your stomach. According to Ayurveda, there are some foods that are contraindicated. Taking them together can lead to health problems. There is a possibility that absorption of nutrients in the body may be hindered by taking inedible substances together. Due to this, there is a risk of problems like nausea, stomach ache, bloating and fatigue. 

Don’t eat these with iodine rich foods 

People suffering from thyroid problem. Cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli should not be eaten together with iodine rich foods. Doing this slows down the functioning of the thyroid gland. Also, it is better not to take things like milk and fish together. 

Vitamin C, do not want milk 

Spinach, lemon, berries rich in vitamin C Acids are high in citrus foods like Milk contains a compound called kaisen. Milk coagulates as milk takes longer to digest. Consuming milk with vitamin C ingredients can cause problems like gas and heartburn. Fruits are easily digested. Eating food takes longer to digest. That is why fruits should not be taken immediately after eating. Because the food takes more time to digest, the fruits ferment in the stomach. Because of that, sour taste comes and bothers us. So these should be avoided as much as possible. 

Don’t eat tea and iron-rich foods 

You should avoid taking nuts, green leafy vegetables and whole grains along with tea. These cause harm to the body and cause wear and tear. Not only that, it is not good to drink loose tea. 

Don’t eat unsoaked nuts 

Many nuts contain phytic acids. This acid is high in almonds, peanuts, soybeans, and walnuts. Soak them overnight and eat them. Otherwise they will take more time to wear.
