Ingredients

Milk – 1 liter

Makhana – quarter cup

Panchadara – 2 tbsp

Pistachios – 2 tsp

Almonds – 2 tsp

Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon

Preparation

First take a thick bowl and pour milk in it. While it is cooking, the makhanas should be cut into small pieces and put in the milk. Keep them till they are cooked well. Boil the milk well.. Let it boil uncovered for approx. till the seeds become soft. Add sugar to it and stir well. Add pistachios, almonds, cardamom powder and mix well. That’s all hot Makhana Kheer is ready.
