What time do you break‌fast everyday? If you don’t eat break fast at the right time.. make another time. Because.. If you don’t eat breakfast at the right time in the morning, medical experts warn that there is a risk of developing diabetes. Spanish scientists show evidence that the risk increases by 59 percent. But it is said that it is not good to skip breakfast, and those who do so are at risk of diabetes.

From the Barcelona Institute for Global Health  In the study, experts warn that the risk of diabetes is also higher in those who eat dinner late after ten o’clock at night i.e. after 10 p.m. Dr. Manolis Kogevinas clarifies that if the first meal before 8 am and the last meal before 7 pm is completed, the risk of type 2 diabetes will be significantly reduced. The biological clock follows light. It perceives darkness as a signal to rest during the day as a signal to stay awake. Experts suggest that the way of eating should also be followed by these signs.

Studies conducted so far have indicated that eating without following the circadian rhythm increases the risk of heart disease, diabetes and obesity. Diabetes is a condition in which the body does not produce enough insulin or the insulin produced is not effective. Insulin is a very important hormone. It is like the key to deliver glucose to the tissues. With this effect, glucose reaches the cells of the body. Glucose remains in the blood if insulin is not functioning properly or not producing enough. Such a condition is called diabetes.

It is of two types: Type 1 does not produce insulin, while Type 2 does not produce enough insulin. Both are dangerous. Now it is considered as a lifestyle disease. It should be said that no complete treatment is available except to control it as much as possible. So food excursions, exercise and rest can be avoided if we take care to be healthy.
