Indians are not satisfied with their food until they eat the last morsel of curd. Everyone consumes yogurt in some form or another. But only fresh curd is preferred. Smoothies: You can make a smoothie by adding pieces of fresh fruit and a little honey to the leftover curd. Curd gives creamy flavor.
Marinade: Chicken, mutton, tofu are marinated to cook any spicy curry. It tastes better if you add sour yogurt instead of fresh yogurt.
Salad dressing: Add spices, lemon juice, olive oil to the yogurt to make it tangy and creamy. It tastes great when eaten as a dressing on salad.

Baking: Part of the baking recipe can be made with buttermilk, curd or milk. It can be used as a tang in cake, muffin, pan cake.
Freezing: Fruits and honey can be added to leftover curd and frozen. Very tasty like ice cream.
Popsicles: Yogurt is poured into popsicle molds and fruits or fruit puree can be made in it. Just put it in the fridge for a while to keep it cool.
Face Mask: Yogurt has moisturizing and exfoliating properties. Honey and oatmeal can be mixed in a homemade face mask for glowing skin. It gives softness to the skin.
Hair conditioner: Curd can be used as a natural hair conditioner. Apply curd on the head and keep it for 20 minutes.
