Cancer Risk: The risk of these cancers is more in men than in women

Cancer… is a disease that causes the body to decay. If it reaches any organ, it turns that organ into an ulcer. Any organ in the body can get cancer. It cannot be said that this part does not come. However, according to a new study, some types of cancer are more likely to occur in men than in women.  Cancer is the uncontrolled growth of cells in a specific part of the body. They become ulcerated. These cancer cells destroy tissues including organs. The faster the cancer starts to spread, the harder it is to treat. That’s why we need to start treating the organ where it originated before it spreads.

There is no clear reason why cancer occurs. Statistics show that one out of every two people will have cancer chances in their lifetime. There are many causes of cancer. A new study suggests that gender may also play a role in risk. It means that some types of cancer are more common in men than in women.

The study was conducted by the American Cancer Society. The data of 2,94,100 cancer patients between 1995 and 2011 were analyzed. Based on that data, men are found to be at higher risk. But scientists could not tell why men get more cancer. But the researchers believe that if they know why they get more, they can make more progress in treatment.

Chance of getting these cancers
According to the study, the risk of developing cancer is 1.3 to 10.8 times in men than in women. More Men are 3.5 times more likely to develop laryngeal cancer, 3.5 times more likely to develop gastric cardia cancer, 3.3 times more likely to develop bladder cancer, and 10.8 times more likely to develop esophageal cancer. But the possibility of thyroid and gall bladder cancer is more in women than in men. Over a sixteen-year period, 17,951 cancers developed in men and 8,742 in women.

Smoking, bad diet, alcohol and diabetes contribute to cancer. That is why doctors suggest to take a lot of health precautions.
