Take 2-3 cups of hot water in a big bowl. Take one cup of ghee in another bowl and put it in a bowl of hot water. The ghee should be slightly melty and not solid. Do not put that bowl on the stove. It takes 2-3 minutes for the ghee to melt completely. After the ghee melts, transfer it to another bowl. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of turmeric to the melted ghee and mix. Then add fruit salt/baking soda to that ghee. Mix the whole mixture well. Then add 6-7 ice cubes in this bowl, take a spoon and mix it well. You can also use your hands to make butter. Ice cubes help curdle the ghee. This makes fresh butter.

Separate the butter from the hardened mixture and put it in a separate bowl. Take a beater and beat it until smooth. The color also changes after it foams well. Transfer this butter into a butter dish or container and refrigerate for an hour. After taking it out, the mold looks very much like store-bought butter. Also very tasty.
