Besan Kova: Besan Kova is mouth-watering

Peanut flour – one cup
Milk powder – quarter cup
Ghee – half cup
Grated coconut – half cup
Panchadara powder – thirty quarter cup
Milk – one cup

Preparation as
1. First, put the kalai on the stove and add half spoon of ghee. Add gram flour and fry it. 
2. When they change a little color, add some more ghee and mix. Fry for two to three minutes. 
3. Add milk powder and grated coconut to it and fry it. 
4. Mix everything well with a spatula.
5. After two minutes add milk and mix well. 
6. Fry for two to three minutes and leave the mixture from the bottom of the pan and everything will come together and become a lump.  
7. Now add powdered sugar and mix. 
8. The sugar melts and mixes into the mixture. Add two or three spoons of ghee and mix. 
9. Keep the mixture until it boils and turn off the flame.
10. After the mixture cools down a bit, apply ghee on the hand and press it. 
11. You can also add nuts if you want. You can put an almond or cashew on the koa. 

Uses of groundnut flour…
Dishes made with groundnut flour are mostly pakodis, bajjis, motichoor, besan laddoos. But did you know that Koa can do it too? It is very tasty. Peanut flour is also very good if eaten in moderation. One peanut provides 356 calories. It also provides proteins, carbohydrates, vitamin B6, iron, magnesium, potassium and fiber.
