Although Brinjal Bharta is made traditionally in homes, but you are bored of eating it like this, so today we are going to tell you the recipe to make restaurant style Brinjal Bharta. This recipe is very easy and takes a few minutes  Ready & nbsp; It happens. So let’s not delay much and tell you the method of preparing Brinjal Bharta in restaurant style at home.
 

How to make Bharta 

Required Content 

 
 Eggplant – 2 (large size) 
Onion finely chopped – 2
Green chili finely chopped – 3
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp 
Tomato  – 3
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Boudar – 1 to 2 teaspoons 
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 to 3 tsp 

How to make restaurant style Baingan Bharta 

1. Cook the Eggplant

To make Bharta, first of all cut the brinjal  Cook on medium heat. Peel them off when they are ripe. 

2. Cook the tomatoes too

Cook the tomatoes like brinjal on medium flame. When they are cooked, peel them too.

3. Mash the two

Now mash brinjal and tomato together in a bowl  and prepare the paste.

4. Heat oil

Heat oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot, add chopped green chillies and onions and fry till golden.

5. add spices

When your baghar is ready, put brinjal and tomato paste in the pan. After adding the paste, add all the spices and cook it.
 
Your Brinjal Bharta is ready. Enjoy it by serving it hot with rotis.
