Delhi Capitals Women vs Mumbai Indians Final Highlights: Mumbai Indians defeated Delhi Capitals by 7 wickets in the final of Women’s Premier League 2023 to win the first title of this tournament. Delhi Capitals set a target of 132 runs in front of Mumbai thanks to Shikha Pandey (27 not out) and Radha Yadav (27 not out). Mumbai Indians chased down the target with three balls to spare thanks to fighting innings from Nate Siever-Brunt (60 not out) and Harmanpreet Kaur (37). The stingy bowlers of the Capitals made the match thrilling but Siever-Brunt’s half-century innings gave Mumbai the victory.

Chasing the target of 132 runs, the Mumbai team suffered two setbacks in the powerplay itself. Bhatia returned to the pavilion after scoring 4 and Mathews 13 runs. Siever-Brunt shared a 72-run partnership with Harmanpreet, scoring an unbeaten 60 off 55 balls with seven fours.
