Why is Congress’s enthusiasm about Madhya Pradesh high after the victory in Karnataka? High command happy with a big relief

Who will become the CM of Karnataka? Finally the answer to this question was found after four days. The high command has decided to hand over the chief minister’s chair to Siddaramaiah. On the other hand, DK Shivkumar, a strong leader of the state who staked claim for the post of CM, will be made deputy CM. After the bumper victory of Congress in Karnataka, the enthusiasm of the party leaders and workers is high. Significantly, by the end of this year, assembly elections are to be held in many states. After winning Karnataka, Congress is now preparing megaplans for Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. In such a situation, the tension of the party regarding Rajasthan seems to be increasing, while there is a special happiness in the high command regarding Madhya Pradesh. Let’s understand…

High enthusiasm for MP

The Congress captured a total of 135 seats in Karnataka. Last year, the Congress government was also formed in Himachal Pradesh. The morale of the Congress, which formed the government by defeating the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in both Himachal and Karnataka, is high. There is a BJP government in Madhya Pradesh as well. On the other hand, the condition of MP is different from Himachal and Karnataka. The challenge Congress had to face in Himachal and Karnataka seems to be getting relief in Madhya Pradesh.

A big relief in MP

Rajasthan, Himachal or Karnataka… Congress is facing infighting and factionalism in many states. After winning the elections in Himachal, two veteran leaders of the state were face to face. The high command made Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu the CM. Somewhere Pratibha Singh appeared angry with this decision but the high command convinced her. At the same time, something similar was seen in Karnataka as well. Both Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar were vying for the post of CM. However, this is not the case in Madhya Pradesh. Kamal Nath is the biggest candidate for the post of CM in MP. Jyotiraditya Scindia was considered the biggest opponent of Kamal Nath in the MP Congress. However, Scindia has now left the Congress and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party. In such a situation, Kamal Nath is the biggest leader in terms of rank in the entire state. The high command is getting a big relief from this as the party will not have to face factionalism in Madhya Pradesh. In such a situation, Congress has no dilemma in MP regarding the CM face.

Assembly elections are due in MP by the end of this year. Congress is campaigning in MP only on the model of Himachal and Karnataka. After forming the government, the Congress has promised to give cylinders for Rs.500. At the same time, Kamal Nath also announced that after the formation of the government, up to 100 units of free electricity will be given. Congress is busy in wooing the voters. The main contest in the state is believed to be between the BJP and the Congress. However, Arvind Kejriwal had announced that his Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) would contest all the seats. In such a situation, political experts say that with the entry of AAP, the votes of both BJP and Congress can be cut.
