Bihar CM Nitish Kumar is meeting leaders from across the country these days. In this episode, on Tuesday, he also met Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. During this, JDU leader Sanjay Jha and Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia were also present. Not many details have been revealed about the meeting, but the kind of developments that are being seen, it seems that the Aam Aadmi Party is going to stay away from the exercise of opposition unity. Nitish Kumar had a meeting with INLD chief Omprakash Chautala on Tuesday evening itself. After this it came to know that a big event is going to be held in Haryana on the birth anniversary of Devi Lal.
All the leaders of opposition including Nitish Kumar, Tejashwi Yadav, Akhilesh Yadav, Mamta Banerjee and Parkash Singh Badal are coming in this rally. Congress has been kept away from this rally and efforts are being made to unite non-BJP and non-Congress parties. In this sense, the Aam Aadmi Party should have also been a part of it, but it is looking different. Arvind Kejriwal is not included in the leaders who have talked about going to the rally so far. Earlier, AAP was also seen away from the meetings regarding the Vice President and Presidential candidate. In such a situation, the question definitely arises that what is the politics of Arvind Kejriwal?
Stood against BJP in Gujarat, but why did the opposition move away from unity
Those who understand the politics of Aam Aadmi Party say that Arvind Kejriwal actually wants to surround the BJP in a narrative war. This is the reason why he is constantly questioning the Gujarat model of BJP. Arvind Kejriwal and AAP have attacked BJP without directly attacking PM Narendra Modi. This is the reason why he is more active in Gujarat than Himachal so that he is harmed in the old stronghold of BJP. Apart from this, the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party are directly attacking from LG to BJP in Delhi too. The reason for this is that the Aam Aadmi Party wants to project itself as the arch enemy of the BJP. She feels that by doing so she will be able to project herself as an alternative to the BJP across the country.
Why is Kejriwal seen far and wide from the opposition parties?
Now the question is why Arvind Kejriwal is away from the efforts of opposition unity even after showing himself as a staunch enemy of BJP. Actually the reason for this is that Arvind Kejriwal does not want to be seen in the league of other opposition parties compared to the BJP. From RJD, NCP to Shiv Sena, the BJP has been accusing all parties of familyism and corruption.
