Threat to kill BJP MLA Haribhushan Thakur Bachaul, case registered in Secretariat police station

BJP MLA Haribhushan Thakur Bachaul has been threatened with death. Bachaul has lodged an FIR in the Secretariat police station, Patna. He was threatened on mobile last night when he was on his way to Patna to attend the assembly session. Bachaul himself has given this information in an interview to a TV channel. MLA Bachaul has been given Y category security.

BJP MLA reached Patna to attend the monsoon session of the Vidhan Sabha. He told that he was coming to Patna at night. He got a call on his mobile at around 10.38 pm. The caller abused her. The person who abused threatened to kill him. At that time he was passing through the location of Muzaffarpur.

The man threatening said that he will shoot so much that no one will be able to count. However, MLA Bachaul has called it a cowardly act. He said that he would inform the Speaker about this. On being suspicious of anyone, MLA Bachaul said that he often speaks against jihadis. It may be that the threatening person is one of them. But nothing can be said till the police is investigating.

MLA Haribhushan Thakur said that he has registered a case against those who threatened him at the Secretariat police station. Police is doing its job. He had been threatened with death earlier as well. Even then the case was registered. At that time the threat call had come from abroad.

Haribhushan Thakur Bachaul gave a scathing statement on the violent demonstration against Agneepath. Bachaul had said that a conspiracy is going on against this good plan. People of the jihadi type are spreading violence behind those who join the army.
