In this regard, Shiv Sena’s newly elected ‘Leader of Legislature Party’ Ajay Chaudhary sent a list of 12 MLAs who did not attend the legislature party meeting to the Deputy Speaker. The letter has appealed for disqualification against these 12 rebel MLAs.

Shiv Sena has sent 12 names including Eknath Shinde to the Deputy Speaker. These names are – Eknath Shinde, Prakash Surve, Tanaji Sawanto, Mahesh Shinde, Abdul Sattari, Sandeep Bhumre, Bharat Gogawale, Sanjay Shirsato, Yamini Yadav, Anil Babri, Balaji Devdas, Lata Chaudhary.

A video has been released by Shinde’s office in Mumbai, in which he is addressing rebel Shiv Sena MLAs at a hotel in Guwahati. It can be seen in the video that the MLAs on their part are unanimously authorizing Shinde as the leader of the group to take further decisions.

In the video, Shinde is seen saying, “Our worries and happiness are the same. We are united and victory will be ours. There is one national party, one superpower… you know they defeated Pakistan. That party says that we have taken a historic decision and assured us of all possible help.” Shinde is currently camping in Guwahati along with 37 rebel Shiv Sena MLAs and nine independents.
