Rajasthan Crisis: The time has come for which I was waiting? How this month is most important for Pilot-Gehlot

Sachin Pilot vs Ashok Gehlot: For lakhs of Congress workers who are waiting for a solution to the Rajasthan crisis, finally the time has come for which they were eagerly waiting. If sources are to be believed, the Congress high command can resolve the dispute between Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot this month itself. It may be known that the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’, which is being led by former Congress President Rahul Gandhi, is about to enter Rajasthan on the evening of December 4. This yatra will last for about 15 days in the state and during this 520 kilometer long journey will be covered. At the same time, the results of the Gujarat assembly elections are also going to be announced on December 8.

The Congress high command has created a ‘mood’

Sachin Pilot has been waiting for a change of leadership in Rajasthan for a long time. His supporters are demanding that Sachin Pilot be made the Chief Minister in place of Ashok Gehlot. If sources are to be believed, the Congress high command has also made up its mind to change the leadership in Rajasthan. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge was not taking a decision on this due to Bharat Jodo Yatra and Gujarat elections. It is believed that a decision can be taken and a change in the Chief Minister can be taken only after the results of the Gujarat elections and during the last days of the Yatra in Rajasthan. If sources are to be believed, the internal survey of Congress conducted in Rajasthan also went in favor of Sachin Pilot instead of Ashok Gehlot, due to which the Congress high command has decided to give a new face there.

Why has the Congress been avoiding solving the Rajasthan crisis till now?

On September 25, the Congress high command sent Mallikarjun Kharge and Ajay Maken to Rajasthan and asked them to get a line resolution passed. But this was not possible after the rebellion of MLAs close to Ashok Gehlot. Since then, it was believed that sooner or later Gehlot would be replaced by Sachin Pilot as the Chief Minister. However, since then more than two months have passed, but the decision has not been taken. If sources are to be believed, no decision could be taken on this till now due to Ashok Gehlot being made a senior observer for Gujarat elections and because of ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ passing through Rajasthan. Now a decision can be taken on this this month itself.

Pilot-He-Pilot in Posters

Entry of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra in Rajasthan will be from Jhalawar. The preparations have already started. Sachin Pilot’s face is being given a lot of importance in Jhalawar. Only former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot is visible in the banners and posters put up in Jhalawar. Large photographs of Rahul Gandhi and Sachin Pilot can be seen on posters on both sides of the road. However, Ashok Gehlot has not been completely ignored. In some of the posters, pictures of Gehlot and Govind Singh Dotasara have also been put up. It is known that Jhalawar is considered to be the stronghold of BJP leader and former CM Vasundhara Raje. There is a large Gujjar population here. When Pilot was the Congress state president, he had also undertaken a 100-km walk before the assembly elections, and it is believed that this helped a lot in creating an atmosphere in favor of the Congress in the state.
