Bank manager Vijay Beniwal, who lost his life in firing by terrorists at Areh Mohanpora in Kashmir’s Kulgam district, was cremated in a gloomy atmosphere in his native village Bhagwan. Vijay Beniwal’s younger brother Anil lit him, hundreds of people of the village reached Vijay’s funeral and consoled the family. During the funeral, the villagers raised slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Vijay Kumar Amar Rahe. After the death of Vijay, the family is in a bad condition, while there is uproar in the village too. Only a week ago, Vijay was posted in the Kulgam branch. People are outraged by Vijay’s death.
Two days ago, Vijay talked to the family
The father’s statement has come on the death of the son, he says that the son was studying to become a branch manager, we wanted him to come to Rajasthan. The last time I spoke to him on the phone was two days ago. Vijay got married about two months back. At the same time, about 20 days ago, Vijay’s younger brother Anil had left Vijay’s wife Areh Mohanpora. On Thursday, the terrorists entered the bank and shot him dead.
CM expressed grief
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot condoled the death of Vijay Beniwal by tweeting. The CM wrote that the murder of Vijay Kumar, a resident of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, working in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir, by terrorists is highly condemnable. I pray to God to give peace to his soul and courage to his family.
