If you are a beneficiary of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, then the Central Government is also giving you the benefit of Kisan Credit Card and PM Kisan Manadhan Yojana. No documents will have to be provided for the Maandhan scheme. At the same time, by joining the Manadhan Yojana, you will be entitled to get 36000 years without spending out of pocket. Whereas, the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) has now been added to the PM Kisan Scheme. KCC has become easier for beneficiaries of PM farmers.
36000 will be spent out of pocket
Under the PM Kisan Maandhan Yojana, there is a plan to give pension to small and marginal farmers every month, in which after the age of 60 years, a monthly pension of Rs 3000 or 36 thousand is given. If a farmer is taking advantage of PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi then he will not have to provide any document for PM Kisan Manadhan Yojana, because the entire document of such farmer is with the Government of India. There is an option to opt for direct contribution from the benefits received from the PM-Kisan scheme. In this way, the farmer will not have to spend money directly from his pocket. His premium will be deducted from Rs. 6000. That is, without spending out of pocket, the farmer will get 36000 annually and also 3 installments separately.
KCC also for fisheries and animal husbandry
Now KCC is not limited to farming only. Animal husbandry and fisheries will also be able to get a loan of up to 2 lakh rupees under this. Any person connected with farming, fisheries and animal husbandry, even if he cultivates someone else’s land, can take advantage of it. The minimum age should be 18 years and maximum 75 years.
How to make KCC
KCC form has been made available on PM Kisan Scheme website itself. Therefore banks have been asked to take only three documents and give loans based on that. Aadhar card, PAN number and photo will be taken for making Kisan Credit Card. This will confirm that you are a farmer. An affidavit will be taken from you there. This will show that you are not owed the loan of the applicant in any bank.
Four percent interest loan
Under the KCC, loans up to Rs 3 lakh are available at only 7% interest. If you return the money on time, then there is a discount of 3 percent. In this way honest farmers are getting money at 4 percent interest only.
