Referring to his father Sanjay Gandhi, Varun Gandhi said that people do not remember him, how many elections did you win. People remember him what work you did?
Addressing an event on Friday, BJP MP Varun Gandhi said, “We think that we did not get tickets, did not introduce us. What is in it.. nothing is kept. No one remembers who was in what position, who won the elections, who achieved what? People only remember what you did?

Varun Gandhi further said, I meet people. People ask- your father is Sanjay Gandhi. Say we live in Noida. We drive Maruti. This was my father’s dream. Varun Gandhi said that people remember you by your work. Political experts say that Sanjay Gandhi has taken a jibe at the BJP leadership without taking the name. Varun Gandhi further says that people say that your mother won the election. But when people say that animals are protected because of your mother, it is a great honor. So I feel good.
