Panchayat outside the new parliament, march on India Gate, wrestlers now preparing to fight against Brij Bhushan Singh

Women wrestlers, who have leveled allegations of sexual harassment against Wrestling Federation President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, are now preparing to take the fight to a bigger level. Till now the women wrestlers who have been protesting at Jantar Mantar and their colleagues like Bajrang Punia have decided to withdraw the movement from it. Under this, a meeting will be held in Haryana in the next few days. Apart from this, Mahila Mahapanchayat will also be organized on the day of the inauguration of the Parliament House. On Tuesday, the wrestlers are also preparing to take out a candle march at India Gate.

Regarding this, Delhi Police says that no permission has been sought from us in this regard. We haven’t even denied it. A police officer said that we are in talks with the wrestlers and a decision will be taken soon. The police officer said that security has been increased at India Gate at present so that the system does not get disturbed in any way. Vinesh Phogat, one of the agitating women wrestlers, said that we will take out a candle march at India Gate on Tuesday. Here is the symbol of the sacrifice of the soldiers of our country and with this memorial we will intensify our movement.

Phogat said that after Tuesday we will intensify our movement. Vinesh said that on May 25, a program has been organized in Haryana in honor of the agitating wrestlers. After this Mahila Mahapanchayat is to be held on 28th May. This mahapanchayat will be held outside the Parliament House, which will be led by women. Our supporters will also be there. Vinesh Phogat made it clear that our movement will not stop just like that. We will not back down till the arrest of Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.

On the other hand, Sakshi Malik said that it has been a month since we sat on dharna, but till now no arrests have been made. If we are agitating even in this kind of heat, then our condition should be seen. Sakshi Malik said that this is not only our fight but also the fight of all the girls and women of the country. Let us tell you that earlier, while supporting the wrestlers, the farmer organizations also said that we are giving a deadline till May 21. If there is no solution till then, then the movement will intensify.
