No Queen Victoria or Prince, ‘First Family’ will also be probed: Sambit Patra on Rahul-Sonia

BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra on Monday targeted the ‘Gandhi family’ over the National Herald case. He said Rahul Gandhi should know that ED is Enforcement Directorate, not ‘entitlement demand’. Sambit said, “Congress is demanding that we come from ‘first family’ and how we are being probed. The Supreme Court also said that they will have to face trial.”

Taking a jibe at Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, Sambit Patra said, “There is no Queen Victoria or Prince in this country that they will not be investigated, law is the same for all. Everyone is being investigated in corruption cases.” The public knows about the involvement of one family and the role of Rahul Gandhi in misusing the country’s money through the National Herald scam.”

Rahul had sought exemption from appearing till 17-20

It is known that in the National Herald case, Rahul Gandhi has again appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for questioning today. Earlier, the ED had summoned him for the fourth time for questioning on Friday, June 17. But he had sought exemption from the ED from appearing for questioning from June 17 to 20, citing the health of his mother Sonia Gandhi, which was accepted.
