Patna. There is good news for the students who are preparing to take admission in ITI colleges in Bihar. Nitish Kumar government has decided to increase 2800 seats in ITI government colleges in the state. However, these seats will not be increased simultaneously but in a phase-wise manner. Along with this, related studies of all trades will now be conducted in these ITI colleges of Bihar. Earlier, only a few trade subjects were taught.

Significantly, 2800 seats will increase in the government ITI of Bihar. On these increased seats, some more new subjects (trades) will be taught. In all the 149 government ITIs of the state, the Labor Resources Department has decided to increase the seats phase wise. In the first phase, increasing the seats is starting from 14 ITIs. Under which one thousand 50 seats will be increased from this session. With the introduction of more subjects in government ITI, students will be able to take training for less money.

Earlier there were not enough buildings
In fact, earlier government ITIs did not have enough buildings. Due to this, studies started in ITI, but all trades were not being studied. Due to this, students had to study the necessary subjects in private ITI instead of government. But now, except two or four ITIs, all the ITI buildings have been built, in such a situation, the department has decided to start teaching maximum subjects in all the government ITIs.

Let us inform that in the 14 ITIs that have been selected in the first phase, a total of 50 unit seats will increase. There are 21 seats in a unit. In this way from this year 1050 seats will increase in government ITI.
