In 2014, a man raped a 15-year-old minor girl in the capital Delhi. After raping, the accused disappeared. The accused remained in Delhi for 9 years. He kept changing houses in many areas. The Delhi Police has now caught the 51-year-old accused. On Thursday, the police told that the accused Vinod is a resident of Pandav Nagar. Police arrested Vinod from Tilak Nagar area.

Police said, the accused Vinod kept dodging the police for 9 years. He was repeatedly changing his home address in Delhi. After raping in the year 2014, Vinod disappeared leaving his house. Police arrested Vinod from Tilak Nagar area of ​​Delhi. Vinod was doing the work of washing clothes there.

Special Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ravindra Singh Yadav said, in 2014, a woman had lodged a complaint at Ranjit Nagar police station. The woman had complained about the kidnapping of her daughter. Police investigated the matter. During investigation, it was revealed that accused Vinod had kidnapped the minor. After kidnapping, Vinod and his four accomplices raped the minor. Vinod disappeared after this incident.

Police said that four associates of Vinod were arrested in the year 2014 itself. But Vinod could not be caught by the police. Police got secret information after 9 years that the accused was seen in Tilak Nagar area. After getting the information, the police raided the Tilak Nagar area. Police has caught the accused Vinod after 9 years.
