Maharashtra Political Crisis: Both the factions of Shiv Sena are fighting across. Shinde faction will send a letter to the governor. At the same time, the Deputy Speaker has accepted the letter of Thackeray Group. In this letter, a demand was made by Thackeray to cancel the membership of 12 rebel MLAs. When the deputy speaker paid attention to the letter of the Thackeray group, the Shinde faction is talking about sending a letter to Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari.

In fact, Shiv Sena’s rebel MLA Eknath Shinde had complained to the Deputy Speaker about the removal from the post of leader of his own legislature party by forming his own faction. Along with this, Eknath Shinde has also claimed to have 37 MLAs with him in Shiv Sena. But Narhari Jhirwal has accepted the letter sent by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. In this, Uddhav has informed the Deputy Speaker about the appointment of Ajay Chaudhary as the new leader of Shiv Sena and the removal of Eknath Shinde from the post of leader.

Nitin Tiwari’s signature will be investigated today

The Deputy Speaker will also take advice from legal experts on the complaint of Shiv Sena MLA Nitin Deshmukh, who returned from Surat, in which Deshmukh has claimed that he signs in English and the MLAs whose signatures are in support of Eknath Shinde. His signature is written in it in Marathi. Jhirwal will investigate the matter and take further decision.
