Madrasa Rape: In Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, news of a madrasa teacher raping her own student and threatening her has come to the fore. According to reports, a 7-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a teacher teaching in a madrasa in Nakud area of Saharanpur district. According to the information given by the police, a case has been registered against the accused teacher for raping the girl.
The incident happened in Nakur town of Saharanpur.
Giving information about the matter, Saharanpur Superintendent of Police (Countryside) Suraj Rai said on Thursday that a person has filed a case on Wednesday in a town under Nakud police station area. He said that the man has alleged that his 7-year-old daughter was raped by Jamir, who teaches in a madrasa.
The accused had also threatened the girl
Police officer Rai said that the trial also alleged that the madrasa teacher had threatened the girl that he would kill her if she told her family about the incident. He said that the police have started investigation by registering a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and POCSO Act.
