Landed the plane without permission? Indigo flight again flew in the air as soon as it touched the runway, there was chaos

A shocking case has come to light from an Indigo Airlines flight from Chandigarh to Ahmedabad. There was a stir among the passengers sitting inside when the plane started flying in the air again as soon as it landed. The matter is of Monday night. The aircraft took off again within seconds of landing on the runway of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. The incident took place around 8:15 pm during a routine landing, causing panic among the passengers. Indigo flight number 6E 6056 was coming from Chandigarh to Ahmedabad’s Sardar Vallabh Bhai Airport.

The plane flew away as soon as it touched the runway

Dr Neel Thakkar, a resident of Vadodara, who was among the passengers on flight 6E 6056, told The Times of India that they all panicked as no one understood what had happened. “The plane started descending at around 8.45 am, but as soon as its wheels touched the ground, the pilot suddenly took off and the plane once again became airborne,” he said. Thakkar said the plane flew for about 20 minutes before landing again. It remained in the air again for minutes. The passenger said that this “unexpected maneuver had put the lives of more than 100 passengers at risk.” He has sent an email to the airline, the DGCA and the Union Civil Aviation Minister, Jyotiraditya Scindia.

Thakkar wrote in his email that he contacted the pilot for clarification regarding the incident upon arrival. “Pilot Jagdeep Singh replied that it was a routine communication problem and the airline did not have ATC clearance to land,” he added. Thakkar questioned how the plane could have landed if the Air Traffic Control (ATC) had not given clearance. He further informed that he contacted the Duty Manager of Indigo Airlines, who advised him to send an email to the concerned authorities to initiate an investigation. Thakkar hoped that a thorough investigation would be conducted.
